How a shipment moves

Five milestones.
You're never left guessing.

At each key milestone we send a clear, proactive update — by phone, WhatsApp, or email — so you can plan storage, staffing and onward distribution with confidence.

Step 01

Loading

Cargo is loaded and dispatched by our transport partner, and you receive your first status update.

Step 02

Port clearance

Delivery order requests and port-handling are coordinated until your cargo is released.

Step 03

Border crossing

Transit formalities are coordinated with border clearing partners along your chosen corridor.

Step 04

Delivery

Cargo reaches your designated destination or Inland Container Depot, with delivery notes and proof of delivery.

Step 05

Empty container return

The empty container goes back to the depot or shipping line on agreed timelines, keeping detention exposure low.

How we work. High Tide Logistics does not itself own trucks or operate a customs brokerage. Transportation, customs clearance, port, and border clearance functions are performed by our vetted third-party service providers, under agreements that hold them to defined performance and compliance standards — while High Tide retains overall responsibility for coordinating and reporting on the shipment to you.
